Just before discharge from outpatient surgery I was given a customer satisfaction survey from the hospital's Quality Assurance Department. When I came to the dietary section (they told me I had to eat before they discharged me), I was asked to rate the following:
1) Was the food hot when you received your meal?
2) Was the appearance of the food pleasant?
3) If you needed help eating your meal were you assisted?
4) Were the menu selections appropriate?
Seems they forgot (or intentionally omitted) one of the prime quality indicators for the "food category."
