Apparently, Microsoft is arguing against the appointment of special master Lawrence Lessig, stating that Lessig's comment that installing Internet Explorer on his Mac was like "selling his soul" essentially equates Microsoft with the devil.

Now I see Microsoft's strategy - delay court proceedings until the court can produce someone who doesn't think Microsoft is the devil.

Man, I'm only 29 years old. I was hoping to see the end of this trial in my lifetime.
