I found the following rather ironic article lead-in on http://www.pcworld.com/home/index.phtml (probably copyright (c) 1996 by PC World, but this page had no notice): "Internet Overload: Disaster in the Making? Internet brownouts seem epidemic as Web servers all over the world go down under the strain of accelerating use. With 25 million active users and counting, is the Web's joy ride about to end? Includes a RealAudio interview with Marc Andreessen of Netscape Communications."
