Heard on the local news (CFRB 1010 Toronto), I believe Friday morning. The announcer said it VERY deadpan, and I think she was serious! "Thanks to modern technology, Vanna White will no longer need to turn the letters on Wheel of Fortune herself. The letters have been fitted with technology that allows for Vanna to simply touch the front of the letters, and they will turn on their own. Vanna is currently undergoing a six week training course."
