"BILL ELLIOT'S $1 MILLION driving challenge & INSTANT WIN GAME"

In reading the rules for this contest I came across this gem:
"Grand Prize Package (1): Chance to win $1,000,000 in timed race against
Bill Elliot"
Sure, just hop into the family car, pop down to the Atlanta speedway and
take on Bill in whatever he happens to be driving that day.
