Paraphrased from Rush Limbaugh: The American landing in Bosnia is apparently disturbing a herd of cows that live about 600 yards from the airstrip. The nervous cows are producing less milk, causing some complaints from the dairy farm. Attempts to quiet the planes have failed, so (half jokingly) the US military suggested just shooting the cows to solve the problem. I can see the headlines now: "The first shot herd around the world."
