As part of "Reinventing Government" the US Postal Servive has opened up a Web page. In it, they ask for suggestions and comments. I wrote back, but the mail bounced. At least it's not stuck in a truck. [The mail service here in DC has been a subject of much media attention, since Postal Inspectors found 3-4 semi trailers full of unprocessed mail hidden away at a regional center.]
