In our Information Systems department, we deal with everyone from Janitore (oops, sorry, Environmental Services Technicians) to Doctors (just Doctors, I guess). Our favorite quote comes from a colleague of mine who was explaining some facts of the computer world to a physician/instructor here at the university. The instructors reply was: "You can't be telling me that you expect us to buy a new computer EVERY TEN YEARS??!?" This person had apparently been running a floppy-based system on an XT, and it had died.
