In a recent departmental newsletter, the following notice appeared: > NEW COMPUTER EQUIPMENT: > Within the next couple of weeks, two new 386 SX-40 (120 mg > hard drive, 2 floppy drives - 5 1/4" and 3 1/2") will be > delivered. You > no doubt will be pleased to learn that the HP II will be replaced > by the HP LaserJet 4 (which includes an extra 2 mg of memory). The advances in memory storage simply amazed me! I mean, it is hard to imagine a 120 milligram hard drive holding so much, and that the laserwriter could be so much faster with the addition of only 2 milligrams of extra RAM. Wow!
