Carnac the Magnificent

I was talking to a friend about the fact that I had yet another yeast
infection.  Suddenly the following image of Carnac the Magnificent popped
into his mind.  

Holding the envelope to his head:
"A loaf of bread, a jug of wine and thou."

Reading the contents of the envelope:
"Name three things that have yeast."
