DEC has not lost its timing, despite industry reports to the contary.

DEC, today (5/27/94), in two separate announcements, proclaimed:

Mr. Mullarkey is the new VP of Finance.

AND

Mr. Win Hindle, the resident DEC ethicist will retire.

A coincidence?

I think not!
