Two Quebec politicians, a Liberal and a PQ'er, are walking down a street. They pass a bench on which some obviously ethnic immigrants are sitting and talking.

"Look at the lazy slobs," says the Liberal, "wasting our welfare tax dollars instead of finding a job."

"Hey now," says the PQ'er, "I thought that as a Liberal you were all for human rights and treating ethnics fairly."

"I am," says the Liberal, "but I try to keep it inside."
