I saw an article on CNN.com today regarding the Federal Trade Commission's new report on web scams. The report is available at www.ftc.gov, but I think they would be able to reach more people of they just e-mailed the report to everyone in their bookmarks. I can see the subject line:

FTC WEB SCAM WARNING- PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
