The other day I received a CD from AOL with their newest, greatest offer ever.
It prompted the following letter:

Dear AOL;

I was disappointed to find your CD in the mail today.  I was hoping for
a copy on 3.5 inch floppy.  While I found the packaging quite
attractive, like many others I have no use for your CD.  Please go back
to the 3.5 inch format that everyone can use.

P.S.  Please send 3 more of your fine diskettes as soon as possible.  I
need to back up my hard drive.
