Another old one said to be true...

There was a White House concert one evening when Nixon was President --Andre Watts was the guest soloist and was playing beautifully, as usual.

Nixon's aunt was sitting next to him, as part of the audience. She had been the President's piano teacher when he was a boy, and as Andre Watts was playing she said to him, "See, if only you had practiced as hard as he did, you could have been up there today..."
