In London, the platform of some tube (subway) stations is curved, creating a gap between the carriage and the platform. You see the sign "Mind the Gap" in such stations and hear the same warning on the public address systems.

In the same vein, there are signs over low doorways that say "Mind Your Head."

Or better yet, there are signs in pubs with low roof beams that say "Duck or Grouse."
