A friend requested a change to his phone service--specifically on his fax line.
Since he had no desire to waste time on hold and play telephone tag, he faxed Hell Atlantic his request and asked they respond likewise...
He got a note back:
Dear [ ]re: [555-1212]
Regarding your request of [Date], we do not find a record of service at [555-1212]. Please call our office and supply us with the number you wish to change service for.
They, per request, faxed it back to him at ....
