A report from Germany tells how three bags of severed body parts have been found in Cologne. The news report said: "Police in the western German city are waiting for the results of forensic tests on the body parts to find out whether they belonged to the same person. They say they suspect the body parts could belong to a man but the fact that the head and hands were missing was making identification very difficult." Will you tell them, or shall I?
