Today, the supreme court made their ruling against physician assisted suicides. They made a difficult decision that will be hotly debated and certainly challenged by Dr. Kevorkian. One of the factors cited was that of being unable to determine with certainty when a patient's condition was terminal. I guess I just don't see the problem. All you have to do is reduce legally-assisted suicide to the Halting Problem, and... oh, never mind.
