The Washington, DC news radio station, WTOP, has an every-10-minute traffic
report cycle.  On 6 February the head traffic reporter, Bob Marburg, was
getting increasingly irate about the huge potholes that were appearing and
causing massive traffic tie-ups and damaging vehicles.  All of this with no
sign of any pothole repair crews from the DC government, currently in
severe financial difficulties.

Towards the end of the evening rush, Bob finally loses it and adds this at
the end of his report:

"Remember, driving in Washington can void the warranty on your humvee!"
