I noticed the sign of an interesting-looking new business on the road near where I live: emblazoned across an official-looking yellow badge (with print too small to read from where I was) were the words "CYBER PATROL" in big blue letters. I made a mental note to try to find them on the web; with a name like that I figured they had to be. On my first crack at guessing a URL I hit paydirt (http://www.cyberpatrol.com), only to writhe in agony when I read what I couldn't read from the road. Printed along the bottom of the badge was their motto: "To surf and protect."
