Ted Kaczynski wants to confess, but the F.B.I. won't let him.  He 
offered to write out a full and complete account of all his exploits, 
with all the details... who, what, when, where, why, and how.  All he 
wanted was a ream of paper, a pen, and the address of the prosecuter.  
He said that the prosecuter should expect the confession in the mail 
in a few days... it would be a package about the size of a small phone 
book.
