So the other day I caught the end of one of those cable tv internet programs that's supposed to tell people all about what's happening on the web, and what the cool sites are and that sort of thing. So in the last five minutes or so, the host guy, sitting at a terminal, turns to the camera and says, "Every week here at headquarters we get thousands of pieces of email, asking questions like 'How do I get online?'" Neat trick.
