Last night at my childbirth class, the doctor came in to answer questions. The subject of episiotimies arose. For those uninitiated to childbirth, as the baby's head appears at the opening to the vagina an incision is made to enlarge the opening and allow the baby to slip out. "Doc, be sure you sew her back up tight. Put in an extra stitch or two for me!" The doctor arched his eyebrow. "Oh!!!" he replied. "Are you that small?"
