Taken from Reuters Internation News Summary Jul 15 Rebels Stage Uganda Massacre An aid official says Christian fundamentalist rebels attacked and slaughtered 91 Sudanese refugees in an attack on a refugee camp in northern Uganda. A spokeswoman for the U.N. World Food Program says the attack was carried out by rebels who want to rule Uganda based on the biblical teachings of the Ten Commandments. ---- If I recall, isn't one of the Commandments "Thou Shall Not Kill"?
