Here in Australia, amidst much controversy one state recently passed legislation allowing voluntary euthanasia. One proponent of the law has built a (sic) "suicide machine". From the frequent times it's appeared on the news, it appears to be a laptop hooked up to a needle and drip. A program asks the patient three times if they wish to end their life and on the third confirmation injects the patient. Above the ominous dialogue boxes one can see that familiar crowded, multi-rowed toolbar. The program is apparently written in MS Access, which lead me to comment : "Microsoft - where do you want to go today?"
