Dan Quayle, Newt Gingrich, Bill Clinton and Bob Dole are attending a rally when a great tornado hits the podium and sweeps them all away. Eventually they find themselves in the land of Oz. As they are wondering what to do a munchkin comes up and explains that in Oz there is this wonderful wizard who can grant any wish. Qualye says "I'll go to the wizard and wish for a brain". Ginrich says "I'll wish for a heart". Clinton says "I'll wish for some courage". Dole says "I'll wish to go back to Kansas."
