For those away from home you can get the postscript file directly from the ftp directory below or by using ftp:- (address deleted) IMPORTANT: Due to the many, shall we say, overdue, contributions that came in the past few days, the report has undergone substantial surgery. It is vital therefore that you once again check all your contributions. Since I suspect many of you will not do this (since it was clear that many of you did not do it in the first place) I have added some encouragement. In the contributions I have chosen at random somewhere to place the sentence "This particular piece of research can only be described as utter nonsense." Something equally rude has been placed in one of the references. If not found by the random person - these comments will remain in the report.
