As a student at BYU, I recently received a "Campus Security Report
and Federal Legal Disclosure Document", including some tips on personal
safety. Here's what they had to say about Exhibitionism and Voyeurism:
"If you are the victim of an exhibitionist [...] try not to panic.
* Stay calm. Show no reaction.
[...]
* Try to get a good look at the offender. Details of the person's
appearance will help the police identify him."
