We were watching the ITV news last night, and the weather report followed. This is after the six weeks or so of unbroken sunny hot weather we are having (nice!) . The forecaster came on and showed one of the little raincloud icons, all on its own, against a dark background. He said, "There isn't anywhere for this chap to go, and he hasn't been anywhere for weeks, so we thought we'd show him so you all remember what he looks like". Then he went on to the regular forecast as usual...
