My move from the Netherlands to the U.K. presented me with quite a few new situations. However, when I thought I'd seen it all I received a reminder to renew my TV licence on which it said that if you are Registered Blind you can pay 1.25 pound less. (Mind you, on a 84 pounds bill I'm not sure whether this deduction should be seen as a bonus?!)
