MADISON (FP) - Chrysler chair Robert Eaton turned down a takeover offer
from former chair Lee Iaccoca and Las Vegas billionaire Kirk Kerkorian today.
Eaton said that the terms of the offer were acceptable, but that the result
of merging Kirk Kerkorian, Iaccoca and Chrysler would be "too many K's."
