Some administrations have difficulties with spelling. The current one seems to have a weakness in arithmetic. The White House URL (http://www.whitehouse.gov) has pointers to various sources of government information. Amongst them is a page which allows one to select government departments based on a map of Washington D.C. which has been conveniently divided into SIX quadrants.
