        _The Independent_ newspaper in London is running a special 
competition.  Readers are given a list of Japanese stocks to choose from, 
and 700 million pounds worth of imaginary money (borrowed from an 
imaginary bank) to spend. The winner is the first person to send his or her 
bank bankrupt by buying the stocks indicated. The winner receives
an all expenses paid trip to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Borneo, and 
Frankfurt, where he or she will be greeted at the airport by
a reception committee sent there especially for the purpose.
