Today I found an interesting piece of junk in my mailbox. There's nothing on the envelope (aside from my address and some USPS markings) except this message: " I think I have found your billfold. Open and see, and you tell me. From a True Friend of Yours! " And who did this true friend of mine adress this to? "RESIDENT"
