PDT:
A new study released by the Education Department says U.S. students
are getting more writing work, but they still can't communicate well
on paper. ... The study also said that poor study habits are to
blame - kids who watch the most TV and do the least homework with
the worst writing abilities.
Looks like the problem's larger than they thought.
