I like a traffic sign posted on a downtown street corner in
St. John's, NFLD, Canada:

  | NO RIGHT TURN ON |
  | RED OR ORANGE OR |
  |   AMBER LIGHT    |
  --------------------

I'll bet there's an interesting story behind that one...
