Here in Australia Microsoft publishes a magazine called Comminique which contains product news, tips and user profiles. One recent user profile was the Australian Stock Exchange (the office part, not the floor) which moved from character based applications to windows applications. There were a few problems at first ... "It took some users a while to come to grips with the intuitive way Windows works". Sounds intuitive to me !!
