Whilst working on a placement year for a well known motor company, the following call was received by the computer systems helpdesk, who's job it is to assist users with computer problems. For those of you unfamiliar with Wang equipment, there is a large 'help' key on the keyboard, used to bring up information screens. We received a call from a rather angry secretary to a vice-president on the sixth floor who said... "I've been pressing my help key for two hours now and nobody's arrived here yet..."
