The Shallowford Vasectomy Clinic here in Atlanta has changed their now semi-famous bill-board on I-85. Readers of this news group may remember the clinic's christmas greetings. The new sign has a picture of one of these red and white rotating cylinders that you often see on the wall in front of a barber shop. The sign reads: Not your average clip joint.
