Bringing MS/DOS To The 90's, Quickly

MS/DOS, with its puny address space, has been the curse of programmers
for many years.  As they release yet another version, still limited
to 640k of memory, I propose an easy fix that will bring MS/DOS up
to modern standards of usability:

Pass legislation limiting Bill Gates' income to one dollar for every
byte than can be directly addressed by MS/DOS.
