Transfer application.
Federal law requires that you state the mileage upon transfer of ownership.
Failure to complete or providing false statement may result in fines and/or
imprisonment.
The odometer now reads |_||_||_|,|_||_||_| which is the actual mileage unless
one of the following statements is checked:
WARNING - ODOMETER DISCREPANCY
|_| Odometer reading is not the actual mileage.
