Scene in a bar:

Guy: Hi babe, wanna come to my place and have some fun? 
Gal: Sorry, I'm married. 
Guy: That's OK, I'm a federal employee.  I'm required not to discriminate on 
     the basis of marital status. 
Gal is not impressed (bummer!). 
Gal: No, I really don't want to have sex with you! 
Guy: That's no problem.  I'm also required not to discriminate on the basis of 
     sexual orientation! 

Those among us who are not politically correctly challenged can substitute `dude' for `babe,' and exchange `guy' and `gal.'
