It's been widely publicized that Ross Perot made much of his money by selling computer services to the U.S. Government for Medicare and other programs. Some allege that these highly profitable contracts were obtained through less than perfectly fair means. I'm just waiting to see Ross on TV soon, repeating this slogan: The U.S. Government: I'm not only the president, I'm also a client! [Note for foreigners: here in the U.S., there is a widely advertised hair replacement service, which has a man with a full head of hair intoning: "Hair Club for Men: I'm not only the president, I'm also a client!"]
