Bush vs. Truman, the view from abroad.

This is from my brother in the UK.  Hope I got the attribution right.
 
Anyway, the current Economist (I believe) has an editorial on Bush's propensity 
to wrap himself in the mantle of Harry Truman.  They opine that the only thing
Bush and Truman have in common is that they are both dead.
