We were discussing the second game of the World Series and the flying of the Canadian flag upside down. One of my colleagues mentioned that it was probably a cynical ploy by Brian Mulroney (Prime Minister of Canada) to unite the country against somebody else other than himself (George Bush has a higher popularity rating) and our national referendum on the constitution.
