Heard on Rush Limbaugh this morning: Marion Barry promised to clean up the city of crack cocaine.... as soon as he has enough money to buy it all. (For those who don't know- Marion Barry just finished serving a sentence for crack cocaine posession. He was the mayor of Washington(?) before the bust, and has recently been re-elected for office).
