I found this interesting passage in the Economist (16-22 March 1991): "As well as being a carcinogen, dioxin has been described by one expert as a "litigen" because of the havoc it could cause in litigious America." I can think of a few more "litigens" that are already causing some grief; overlapping windows, gabage cans, look and feel etc. -ashok
