(Some background -- a police investigation recently resulted
in a bust in which a couple dozen postal employee were arrested
for being involved with drugs or drug dealing "on the job".

Regarding the postal workers arrested for drugs
in Minneapolis [MN] last week, I hope that the
investigating team did not waste any time or
money looking for speed or other amphetamines.
