I was on a support call with tech support and it wasn't going well. after about an hour and a half of various red herrings and failed solutions the guy asked to put me on hold.

"I grabbed this case as soon as I stepped in and didn't get a chance to go to the washroom. I'm sorry, but I really have to take 5 minutes."

I agreed because it was only fair. twenty minutes earlier i'd needed to do exactly the same thing. I didn't have the heart to tell him that with the magic of cell phones, he had come along for the trip too.
